Is the "central region of the dorsellum" delimited by any anatomical structure? If not, than perhaps the postscutellum (sensu elasmid literature) equivalent to metanotal flange.

The postscutellum sensu Chalcidoidea literature is not homologous with the postscutellum of sawfly literature (e.g. mesospostscutellum).
